Information we collect

We collect what you give us on our forms or by phone: your name, business name, mobile phone number, email address, monthly revenue range, funding situation and self-reported credit range. We also record the page you submitted from and the date and time of your consent. We do not run a hard credit inquiry to prepare your consultation.

How we use it

• To contact you about the consultation you requested, by call, text or email.
• To prepare your funding strategy and identify programs you may qualify for.
• With your permission, to present your file to lending partners who may be able to fund it.
• To meet legal, recordkeeping and anti-fraud obligations.

SMS / text messaging privacy

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your phone number only with the messaging service providers that deliver our texts on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Text consent is separate from your funding request: you can decline texts and still get a consultation. Reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for help. Sharing with lenders

Leverage Funding Now is a funding consultancy and broker, not a direct lender. When you ask us to pursue an offer, we share the information needed to underwrite it with the lenders and partners we select for your file. We never sell your data to lead aggregators.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, stop texts, stop emails or stop calls at any time by writing to advisors@leveragefundingnow.com or calling (346) 861-4255. We keep records of consent and communications as required by law.

Security and cookies

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to advisors working your file. Our site uses only the cookies needed to operate and measure basic traffic.
