Leverage Funding Now is a funding consultancy, not a marketplace. Owners come to us stacked in advances, declined by their bank, or unsure which of forty offers is legitimate. Our job is to tell them the truth about what they qualify for and place the file where it will actually fund.
How we're paid
By the funding source, at close, disclosed in writing beforehand. We never charge an advance fee, which means we only make money when the capital actually helps you.
What we protect
Your credit file and your optionality. We submit selectively, we sequence products so today's approval doesn't block next year's SBA loan, and we say no to deals we would not take.
